SHIPPING & RETURNS
We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.
If the item becomes quality defective in one year, customers will be allowed to send the unit back to us to repair. Customers should cover the shipping cost when it is send back and also some material replacement cost price incurred during the process of repair. We will send back to you when the goods is repaired and checked well, we will pay for the shipping cost for you when we send back the goods.
We provide one year quality warrenty for all the products purchased from us. If a product doesn't work, buyers can contact with our warranty service team (firstname.lastname@example.org).then we will provide you the details.
If you want to send back for repairing, Please do as below:
1.Please contact us by Email: email@example.com. You can tell us about the problem in detail, and send us photo or video also if there is possible. Our engineer will give you some idea to help solve it in your place.
2.If there is still problem, and you can not solve it there . Then we provide the warranty return address to you .
2. Send out your package through local post office with tracking number , do not return by DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT,as it will be in trouble with china customs clearance.
( Please don't return back by DHL/UPS /FEDEX/TNT.. Express service .Because the China customs Strict with the package which shipped by Express, we will not receive the package . Please send back by local Postal service or EMS )
3. Marked your order No.on shipping document,as we have many different departments and have manypackages everyday, Please remember write your order number,so we can know which is from you.
4. Write down your return information and put it in the package. Including: Full name, detail address, post code, phone No..
5.Pack it very well to protect the goods thanks, otherwise it will be broken after long time shipping.
5. Please inform us and provide the tracking number if you have sent back to us.
